In the second half, we shift into a more direct healing approach — using somatic and hypnosis-inspired tools to access suppressed emotions and survival energy held in the body.
This blend of reflection and embodied practice allows you not only to understand your story, but to feel real shifts: tension easing, patterns loosening, and a deeper connection to yourself.
75-Minute 1:1 Session (Online)
A guided space to slow down, tune in, and uncover what’s beneath the surface.
The first half focuses on unpacking your patterns, thoughts, and emotions with clarity and compassion.
The second half shifts into the body, using somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and hypnosis-inspired exercises to process emotions and release stored tension.
