Over five months, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the lifestyle changes, body awareness practices, and emotional healing that made all the difference in my own journey — and in the work I do as a psychologist, hypnotherapist, and somatic coach.
If you’re caught in a cycle of stress and exhaustion, you know how disorienting it is — feeling hopeful one day, then crashing the next. That “better-worse” loop can leave you drained, disconnected, and unsure what to trust.
I’ve been there. What truly helps isn’t pushing harder, but gently rebuilding your foundation, listening to your body, and reconnecting with your most authentic self — so you can clear what’s been keeping you stuck.

Month 1 – Lifestyle Reset
Lifestyle recommendations developed in collaboration with a naturopath
1:1 session focused on lifestyle patterns and general check-in

Month 2 – Somatic Grounding
Somatic practice videos to reconnect with your body and regulate your system
1:1 somatic session to explore stored tension and emotional patterns
Weekly WhatsApp check-in for continued support between sessions
Month 3 – Authenticity + Human Design
1:1 Human Design reading with Emily Gessner → Understand your unique energy, decision-making, and patterns
1:1 session around authenticity and your patterns
Weekly WhatsApp check-in for ongoing support
Month 4 – Subconscious Work
1:1 hypnosis session to access and shift deeper subconscious patterns
Weekly WhatsApp check-in for ongoing support
Month 5 – Integration
Closing 1:1 session to reflect on progress and integrate your journey
About Me
I’m a Master’s‑level psychologist (graduating with top honors), a trained hypnotherapist, and somatic coach who has personally walked through and healed from chronic fatigue and long-term stress. I draw from both my professional expertise and lived experience to offer a deeply integrated approach that taps into the subconscious mind, the body’s wisdom, daily habits, and mindset shifts.
1:1 Session with Emily Gessner
This session is led by a certified Human Design Reader whose journey into this powerful modality began after experiencing a profound burnout in 2022. That pivotal moment inspired her to leave behind a life that felt misaligned and instead step into her true energy and purpose. With deep compassion and lived experience, she now guides others in understanding their unique energetic blueprint — helping them reconnect with their natural rhythm, decision-making style, and authentic self.
