A great starting point to feel what it’s like to shift from our fearful part to our authentic self, and to feel the release in our nervous system that comes from this.
This digital course includes two concise videos: one that explains how we get stuck in long-term stress cycles, how the nervous system responds, and how parts work helps us understand these patterns; and a second video that guides you through the 7-minute exercise itself.
The Shift is a short practice designed to help your nervous system move out of fear and reconnect with a more grounded state.
Many moments of stress are driven by parts of us that believe something is wrong or unsafe.
We often try to cope with these reactions — by calming ourselves down, distracting ourselves, or trying to think differently.
But the deeper shift often happens when we begin to relate to the part of us creating the fear in a different way. The Shift is designed for exactly that.
Who I Am
I’m a Psychologist, Somatic Coach, and Hypnotherapist based in Berlin, supporting clients globally.
With a Master’s in Psychology and a lived journey of healing from early trauma, chronic fatigue, and complex mental health challenges, I know firsthand what it’s like to search for answers and tools that actually work.
In my twenties, I explored countless approaches before discovering practices that truly create deep, lasting change. Today, I integrate scientific expertise with somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, and intuitive energy work to access core issues — facilitating insight, clarity, and tangible transformation from the very first session.
