About me
I’m a Master’s‑level psychologist (graduating with top honors), a trained hypnotherapist, and somatic coach who has personally walked through and healed from chronic fatigue and long-term stress. Drawing from my professional expertise and lived experience, I offer a deeply integrated approach that taps into the subconscious mind, the body’s wisdom, daily habits and mindset shifts.
