The Return
A 5-Month Process
Most healing spaces help you build a “better” self — more regulated, more disciplined, more worthy. The Return works differently.
Most women who come here have already done real work — therapy, books, years of self-reflection. They understand their patterns in detail. And they still find themselves in them. That gap isn't a sign you did the work wrong. It's where The Return begins.
Instead of adding one more layer of self-improvement, we remove what's been standing between you and the safety, worth, and aliveness that were never missing — only obscured.
WHO THIS IS FORSomewhere along the way, most of us learned to override what we feel in order to stay functional, agreeable, safe. We got good at managing ourselves instead of meeting ourselves. Pushing through, adjusting, holding it together — capable on the outside, exhausted underneath. Maybe it shows up as anxiety and overwhelm. Maybe as fatigue or symptoms that never fully resolve. Often both. That override is often so old and so automatic it doesn't register as a choice anymore.
The Return is the slow, deliberate work of reversing it: moving from self-abandonment back to self-attunement, so that staying connected to yourself stops being something you have to fight for and becomes the ground you stand on.
THE REAL PROBLEMUnderstanding a pattern doesn't change it — because most of the ways we try to heal are still run by the same fear that built the pattern.
Somewhere early on, most of us became someone slightly different from who we actually were — because it felt safer than being fully seen. That adapted self is also often where persistent dysregulation lives — not a separate issue, but the ongoing cost of maintaining a self you were never meant to be. It's about unbecoming it, layer by layer, until what's underneath — your worth, your safety — no longer has to be earned or maintained. It simply is.
It was never a self-improvement problem, but a self-attunement problem.
The levels we work on
A new relationship with our body
When you struggle with dysregulation or symptoms, your relationship with your body often becomes shaped by fear. This is where the real work has to start — otherwise, nervous system tools just become another way to monitor yourself.
Lifestyle changes and somatic tools
Daily rhythms and habits shape the nervous system's baseline in ways most people underestimate.
Somatic tools help our nervous system come back to a state of flexibility, so our capacity to handle life strengthens again.
Parts Work, integration and deep subconscious healing
At the root of his work is integration. Integrating what we don’t like about ourselves, integrating our fearful selves, and relating to our pain in a new way. So that we can feel more whole again.
WHY I CREATED THISFor years I lived with anxiety, overwhelm, and eventually chronic fatigue. I had spent years trying to understand what was happening.
What I didn't have was a felt sense of safety in my own system — and no amount of insight changed that. Nothing shifted until I stopped trying to fix symptoms and started working across all the layers together — body, subconscious patterns, daily life, and sense of self. The Return is the result of that process.
“The Return gave me clear path out of chronic stress and anxiety.”
— Gloria, Berlin
WHO THIS IS FOR YOU, IF...…you understand your patterns. You've tried doing less, nervous system tools and analysing yourself. But something still hasn't changed at the root.
You feel stuck in patterns you understand well
You're exhausted by constant self-analysis or self-correction
You've had relief from other approaches, but not lasting change
You want to work on the deeper layers, not just the surface
“After 11+ years of burnout and overwhelm, the inner peace I feel now was almost alien at first.”
— Nora, London

Somatic work is a body-centered approach to healing that helps you reconnect with your physical self, bring the nervous system back to flexibility, and release emotions stored in the body. Many of us live in a constant state of stress or disconnection — especially after burnout, trauma, or chronic illness.
In our sessions, I use gentle, accessible practices I’ve found deeply supportive in my own recovery from chronic fatigue. These include guided awareness and nervous system regulation techniques — all designed to help you feel safer, more grounded, and fully present in your body again.
-
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process that guides you into a calm, focused state — similar to a daydream or deep relaxation. You’re fully aware and in control the entire time. From this state, we can gently access the subconscious mind — the part of you that holds deep-rooted beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns.
This isn’t about being “hypnotized” or losing control. It’s about creating the right conditions for insight, healing, and transformation. Through imagery, gentle suggestion, and inner exploration, we begin to shift what’s been keeping you stuck — so new perspectives and possibilities can emerge.
-
No — while I’m trained in psychology and bring a deep understanding of the mind to my work, what I offer is not traditional talk therapy. I work as a psychological coach, combining intuitive pattern recognition with somatic practices, hypnotherapy-inspired techniques, and energy work to support emotional healing and self-awareness.
This approach is more integrative and experiential than conventional therapy — it’s about tuning into both mind and body to create lasting shifts, rather than only talking things through.
Please note: This work is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. If you’re in crisis or need clinical mental health support, I encourage you to seek help from a licensed mental health professional.
